We went to the Suffolk Building Society to enquire about a one year cash ISA and were delighted to find that we could open it there and then. Needed help and advice to transfer ISAs from another provider to Suffolk B S. Michelle, at Mutual House, was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, of which there were many, and completed the paperwork, of which there was a lot, in a very professional and friendly way.
