This is by far the most easy to navigate, open and precise bank app. Quick response time as well as friendly especially to someone who is new to the country and struggling to have an account. Suite me put a smile on my face I must say. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Trash customer service system

There in built app webchat users leave you waiting for days, and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating. After waiting 7 days for a response, the webchat advisor informed me they are unable to help and to call in. Upon calling in I was told to contact another team, not transferred. After calling the second number, I waited for over an hour before an automated voice told me to leave a message and I'll be contacted back. As of today, that message was left 18 days ago. Suits me saved me after fraud from family !

I was unable to get myself a bank as my own sister decided to do fraud through it she’s my twin sister and she got away with it. which stopped me from getting jobs as I couldn’t get a bank in my name or do anything with my credit as I couldn’t have a bank in my name this ruined my credit score , suits me has been an amazing bank and has really helped I have also now got a job thanks to suits me , I was so depressed and didn’t see a point, but I’m so happy I found suits me !
