In the past few months, I’ve had difficulty in getting a bank account. Then comes suits me and it’s been a great experience using suits me . Now I’m able to save, invest and transfer money with ease using the app. The app is user friendly and suits me has a spectacular customer service. I have an issue with regards to a cash machine withdrawal which hasn’t been resolved. I don’t know when it will be resolved and I’ve read online any money regarding cash being sucked back in at a cash machine is usually credited back to the account in within 24 hours however in my case it’s been 2 months and I’m no closer to getting my money back. Trash customer service system

There in built app webchat users leave you waiting for days, and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating. After waiting 7 days for a response, the webchat advisor informed me they are unable to help and to call in. Upon calling in I was told to contact another team, not transferred. After calling the second number, I waited for over an hour before an automated voice told me to leave a message and I'll be contacted back. As of today, that message was left 18 days ago. Suits me saved me after fraud from family !

I was unable to get myself a bank as my own sister decided to do fraud through it she’s my twin sister and she got away with it. which stopped me from getting jobs as I couldn’t get a bank in my name or do anything with my credit as I couldn’t have a bank in my name this ruined my credit score , suits me has been an amazing bank and has really helped I have also now got a job thanks to suits me , I was so depressed and didn’t see a point, but I’m so happy I found suits me !
