Things I like and dislike about suits me

Things I appreciate: suits me is offered to anyone despite the credit history or that person, making it accessible. I can send and withdraw money locally or globally with ease which is extremely useful when on holiday. The customer services are better than other banks, when I have an issue it would take me only 1 - 2 days to resolve, with other banks it can take weeks to get on the phone or get an email back from their staff. The only two things I dislike is that sending money and withdrawing incurs a £1.49 charge, which depending on the amount defeats the purpose of me sending the money in the first place. Another aspect I dislike is that I can take long for pending charges to pass (My pending charges would remain for weeks after the transaction has taken place at times) Reviewed on: 8th March 2025
