Well my experience with suit me not the best to be honest don't get me wrong I like the bank but the customer service ain't that good as they always cancel the chats on you or you waiting ages for um to reply back and also I think they need to help people more and also reduce the payment plans especially with people who are on benefits end of the day they got online of benefits and there charge you just to withdraw your own money out at a cash machine with I think is unacceptable and also they need to arrange where you can uses tour card on Google pay but over than that the bank good Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
