encountered an issue with a large transaction that, in hindsight, was likely my mistake. It was flagged as fraudulent, which resulted in my entire bank balance being blocked, leaving me without access to my funds. I contacted Suits Me, and they explained that this was a technical error that should have been resolved more quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a direct phone call from CEO Matthew Sanders, who personally apologized for the inconvenience. Thankfully, the issue was rectified within 24 hours.
