Great until my bank account change.

I’ve never really had a bad experience but when my account was upgraded I had trouble changing my direct debit details. Some wouldn’t change it as they didn’t support the bank although i never had a problem with my last account. And the fact I had to ring or go on line and change them all myself even though I didn’t ask for a new account I just needed a new bank card. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Suits me is an excellent bank with great services and excellent customer service provided. If the waiting times on the phone could be reduced it would make the service provided even more excellent. The email and live chat facilities are an excellent and innovative service.
