I have had the best experience being a suits me member, payments are so quick going in to the account and customer service is so quick and amazing of I have any queries. I’ve been with suits me for a year and half now and I’m pleased. I’ve had some issues with my account regarding money but once I’ve called customer service it was resolved quickly. So, I’m happy to recommend to my friends Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great until my bank account change.

I’ve never really had a bad experience but when my account was upgraded I had trouble changing my direct debit details. Some wouldn’t change it as they didn’t support the bank although i never had a problem with my last account. And the fact I had to ring or go on line and change them all myself even though I didn’t ask for a new account I just needed a new bank card. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
