I had issues with accounts here in the UK when I lost my mobile phone and I was defrauded using my accounts. But suits me stood in for me when other banks rejected me for accounts opening. Suits me made life easier for me in collecting my salary and my daily expenses. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Upon opening my account they suspended it for verification however, they did not let me know or give me a reason and I could not access my funds for a week and suits me would not tell me why. Customer service is shocking, long wait times even if you pay for the premium service to get faster service. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
