A solid contender for being the world's worst bank

It took them a month to reply to my complaint about unauthorised payment and I was told that I must have authorised the two payments to companies I'd never heard of, let alone dealt with. It was left to me to contact the companies, both of whom have failed to reply after a further month. One of the payments is ongoing monthly even though I'm on the third different debit card.
