Poor customer service

Call wait time is usually over an hour and the live chat gets to the point where it says it will transfer you and then absolutely nothing happens apart from emails quoting the conversation with a robot! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

When I had no way to receive money due to a misunderstanding, I discovered suits me and I couldn’t be happier because they gave me a chance to have a way to receive money again so that I could receive my benefits and payments from friends or family, suits me has basically kept me alive.
