Awful, you never answer the phones

Awful, you never can get through on the phone, if you request a call back you never get it and after being on hold for an hour the phone cuts off. You said you were charging same prices as engage, this is yet to happen I'm still being charged extra. Your yet to rectify your charges for cash withdrawals after charging 3.99 for it plus your charges. It's diabolical Reviewed on: 20th April 2025
