Account lock outs

4 times in the 1st week when I opened the account it locked me out, customer services just said to reset it, reset account, it did the same thing, after 4 times I gave up and told them not to bother Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

It has been a very good bank to use no I've not had any issues and the customer service is excellent very helpful and they really do care are

The customer services spot on you can always get through to someone everyone is very helpful it's not confusing to use to bank especially online I would say for a bank we have to pay for or or I will give you a 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

The customer service is fantastic got no issues at all with the customer service. The only thing that I miss with this new service is that you can't use your card on luno app anymore, if they allow that to come back and you can use that again and recieve international payments aswell it would be fantastic. But since they took that away from us I think alot of people will be happy to have that back aswell so that they can receive money from family abroad. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
