Dillon was super helpful, attentive and answered all my questions

This is insurance with a friendly personal touch. A lovely guy named Dillon called me and guided me through the few questions I had about serial number, which address to use (I have two), bike model number and it made the process seamless and fast. I think within 5 or 6 minutes the whole process was completed and I now have full insurance on my expensive e-bike and also personal cover for myself. I was happy with the insurance price and the ability to pay monthly. I loved the fact that Dillon was available quickly and that there was no pushiness on his part. One thing I hate is pushy salesman and Dillon and Sundays insurance are definitely not that! Yes I will definitely recommend Sundays insurance to anyone and particularly my similarly old over 60's friends who need bike insurance lol. Reviewed on: 21st September 2023

straightforward process to receive a replacement bike

My bike was damaged after an attempted theft and I reached out to the insurance team, who replied promptly. The process was straightforward and after a couple of email exchanges, they agreed to send me a replacement bike. Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the team over at Sundays. Insurance is one of those admin tasks that I typically dread having to deal with but the team made it an absolute breeze. Rely on Sundays *****

Insurance isn't for me, however with cycle theft increasing a U-turn was required. Sundays were recommended on-line, I wasn't sure, they rang me and talked through all my concerns and answered my questions, Swytch kit covered, photos required etc, so I've taken the plunge, Sunday may never get 10/10 from me as I've never needed insurance before and hope never to make a claim and until I do I won't know just how good they are - it's a conundrum!
