straightforward process to receive a replacement bike

My bike was damaged after an attempted theft and I reached out to the insurance team, who replied promptly. The process was straightforward and after a couple of email exchanges, they agreed to send me a replacement bike. Rely on Sundays *****

Insurance isn't for me, however with cycle theft increasing a U-turn was required. Sundays were recommended on-line, I wasn't sure, they rang me and talked through all my concerns and answered my questions, Swytch kit covered, photos required etc, so I've taken the plunge, Sunday may never get 10/10 from me as I've never needed insurance before and hope never to make a claim and until I do I won't know just how good they are - it's a conundrum! Signed up to Sundays for a very reasonable price for a sense of security and peace of mind for you and your bike.
