Very poor customer service

Belittled my elderly mum (who is registered blind) on the phone when she was calling to buy a policy because she doesn’t have a computer (she can’t see!) and was repeatedly told they are an online only business. Even though their website appears very supportive of people who are vision impaired, they say they can send out documents in braille or extra large print, however there is no empathy or care to support people with such issues when they call for further help. Poor customer service that resulted in making my Mum cry post the call because she felt so excluded due to her disability. Shame on you Swiftcover. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

Home assistance

Very badly handled and no cover for front door lock break if you have a bolt on the top of the door. If there is a back door, advised to put the bolt and then use back door to go out. House is secure. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Rubbish company, daughters ceiling fell down, swift cover not interested, not covered and don't seem to be covered for anything unless your house brand new! Reviewed on: 28th February 2017
