I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Tembo. Whenever I contact them, I either get an answer straight away or they get back to me to make sure that my query has been resolved. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Straightforward and easy to use.

Was simple and straightforward to set up and transfer across an existing ISA. Very easy to add/ draw down money. I haven't had any cause to use customer service so can't comment on that aspect. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
