You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Easy to Save

I’ve had Tembo a couple years now and the way the app is designed makes saving for a deposit actually a little fun rather than a chore and I have been able to save quite a bit of money and hopefully will be ready to buy next year Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

They’ve made it super easy to save, their interface is simple and the customer service is great. Once I had to withdraw my funds early due to very unfortunate life circumstances (being made nearly homeless) an their team helped me get my funds back ASAP. Brilliant LISA

App and services.

I've always found the app easy to use and navigate. I have been able to contact a member of the Tembo team with regards to any enquiries and they have always been helpful and prompt with their reply.
