You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Ive always had my queries answered. The company’s marketing really makes you feel at the centre of all the work they do. Wouldnt have imagined a finance startup create this sense of community especially their frequent info sessions. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Tembo helped me say for a deposit for my first house. The app is really really easy to use, with lots of visual prompts that really make it clear and easy to see your progress when the moment came to buy my house. Tembo were really helpful. They were my mortgage broker as well as my bank. Their communication was spot-on throughout and when if ever I had any queries they were there with the answer straightaway. Tembo LISA experience

App is easy to use and the interest rates are higher than elsewhere. I also like that I will be able to get mortgage advice and other homebuilt services included as part of using Tembo. I ultimately have no regrets about transferring mu LISA here. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
