You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Minimal hassle

The fact it’s all done from a phone is useful, can be done very easily/quickly. Of course it was a bit better before the BoE cut interest rates but the interest on the LISA itself is still one of the highest available. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Moving to tembo was easy.
