Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had. I would recommend Tembo to anybody! Connor, my broker, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to listen to my situation, what I wanted and needed and found me a mortgage that suited me with a great rate. The rate Connor found me was actually 0.7 percentage points below the best rate I’d received from a local broker, so I’m really glad I found Tembo. The whole process was quick and simple which, as a first time buyer, I was very grateful for. Elly, who works with Connor, did an amazing job at keeping me updated after the application was submitted, right through to an offer being received. I wouldn’t use another broker, now!
