I have have been in contact with both Ruth and Jess on different occassions and found them both to be very professional.They have patiently expalined everyting to me in depth and I knew exactly what I was getting. I am one for asking lots of questions in which they had no problem making me feel at ease. I would most certainly recommend them as their professionalism, care and patience was excellent. Excellent customer service

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley managed my case and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided me with. They made what was quite an anxious time all the more easier since they were with me every step of the way. Communication was excellent, I was updated every step of the way and they were both lovely people to deal with. They helped me get my offer even when I was starting to lose hope.
