Connor is amazing

Their app is so useful to get an accurate idea of how much you can afford at an early stage, and from the moment I requested a MIP tembo has held my hand through the whole process, arranging everything from surveyors to conveyancers, and haggling with estate agents on my behalf. I honestly couldn't have done it without them. Connor in particular was absolutely fantastic, so informative yet personable, I really feel that he got to know us and then gave great advice accordingly. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Professional and friendly service

Helena and Jodie took me through the process in a very friendly and professional manner from start to finish! I have had past credit problems so I was nervous but they both reassured me the lender I ended up with was uncharacteristically slow with my application - but they chased and updated me throughout! Thank you Jason and Jodie! My wife and I had difficult circumstances, (me as a sole trader and my wife only being in the country for 1 year) and and I didn't think we would be able to get a mortgage offer from anyone. I have very bad telephone anxiety but felt really at ease talking to Jason, who guided me through each step and made me feel comfortable. His webinar really helped as well. My dad said to me that the most stressful thing in your life is buying a house, but Tembo took all that stress away and I am so glad that I made the decision to contact them. Thank you!
