Above and beyond service

I was very new at the whole mortgage experience, I knew pretty much nothing but I was walked through every single step and supported, with some colleagues going way above and beyond what I'd expect, even working quite late into the night to do things to get my mortgage approved. Really glad I chose Tembo to sort our mortgage. Geraldine gave us great options and explained everything really clearly so that we understood exactly what we were getting. A special mention must go to Abbey our case manager, she was amazing! As always things never quite go to plan when moving but Abbey was always on hand to help us through the process, not sure we would have managed the move without her.
