My experience remortgaging through Tembo was excellent—Kane and Callum were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The remortgaging process went smoothly, and I was very happy with the deal they secured. I would recommend Tembo to friends and family and plan to use them again when my fixed deal ends. Tembo are brilliant

Followng my initial enquiry I was contacted by Georgina Dye who made the whole mortgage application extremely stress free. She achieved a good offer from Leeds BS and when my purchase fell through Georgina calmly waited until I had another offer accepted and transferred my mortgage agreement with no fuss. Amy Carter and the Tembo team leader Claire Humby have also been supportive and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

We had a great experience with Tembo! The whole process was smooth and straightforward, but what really stood out was how helpful Matt and Tia were throughout. They were always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their friendly, supportive approach really made a difference. Highly recommend Tembo – especially if you get to work with Matt and Tia!
