No more computer says no brokers

I've been to multiple brokers to understand my affordability. Every single one told me my maximum budget was 4.5x my income. At no point did anyone recommend other solutions. On Tembo's site I was able to check my max budget for over 8 different schemes in under 10 minutes. And it just so happens I'm eligible for a blue light mortgage. Never mentioned to me before. To be able to get max borrowing and monthly costs for all eligible buying schemes in an instant. Pretty gamechanging for renters like me where 4.5x income just ISNT ENOUGH. I had been looking at Wayhome and another scheme called Proportunity but had no clue how to compare them. Found these guys on insta and spoke to their mortgage support person Lauren. Smart tech & lovely people. The options I thought would be best - aren’t! Exploring a JBSP now. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
