Above and beyond service

I was very new at the whole mortgage experience, I knew pretty much nothing but I was walked through every single step and supported, with some colleagues going way above and beyond what I'd expect, even working quite late into the night to do things to get my mortgage approved. Really glad I chose Tembo to sort our mortgage. Geraldine gave us great options and explained everything really clearly so that we understood exactly what we were getting. A special mention must go to Abbey our case manager, she was amazing! As always things never quite go to plan when moving but Abbey was always on hand to help us through the process, not sure we would have managed the move without her. The team at Tembo were great, they gave me choice and confidence that i was getting the best deal for my circumstances. They also kept me up dated between original quotes and when my deal was due to start, keeping me ahead of changes that were happening in that period and switching me to a better deal.
