Would highly recommend Tembo. Fae, Faye, and Elly were incredibly friendly and professional throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze. Excellent experience

From the enquiry i had submitted online to completion was very impressive. Billy my advisor explained everything and what would happen . Jodie picked up as the next representative and again explained and kept me informed and Lauren for offering insurance products . Amazing Experience

Tembo Money has been amazing—both times I had to apply for a mortgage! When my first flat fell through, they handled everything smoothly and were just as supportive the second time around. I was definitely more stressed and demanding the second time, but they were incredibly patient, reassuring, and always so quick to respond. We can’t fault Tembo!

We really can't fault the amazing service and support we received from Tembo. Olivia (mortgage broker) is incredibly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to find us a suitable product. Our first application was actually rejected but she had secured us an offer with a different lender within 2 weeks! Truly an incredible broker - we couldn't recommend her more! After Olivia submitted our mortgage application, Chelsea (case manager) liaised with the lender and sent us updates every 2/3 days to inform us of our application progress. Her communication is absolutely amazing and she was genuinely so happy for us when we received our offer. We had a few set backs during our home buying journey but Olivia and Chelsea made everything 100 x easier! We'll never stop raving about Tembo! Reviewed on: 20th February 2025

Tembo ; a service second to none!

Katie and I were greeted with professionslism from the start. I chose this company from the reviews and the company literally povided a service exactly what it said on the tin. Kate and I are an older couple and Georgie helped us navigate through the process with a sensible affordable outcome. She was at hand, via email or phonecall, to help us whenever needed, which took the stress out of a potentially stressful situation away and elevated our trust in her as our broker. Abbey then took over to confirm the mortgage with efficiency and helped us immediately with the valuation when we hit a bump in the road. We were then introduced to Wendy who explained protection with clarity with sensitivity. She was at hand to answer any questions we needed clarification with. Just a brilliant service from the start ; alleviated the worry which made our journey to purchasing our property manageable and purposeful. Without hesitation I would recommend this company to any buyer Approachable, have knowledgeable skilled expertise ,genuine ,affordable to suit personal needs and very , very personable ! An easy and stress-free remortgage process.

I contacted Olivia at Tembo last year when looking to remortgage due to personal circumstances. Olivia worked so hard to find me a solution but it wasn't to be. A year later I got in touch with Olivia again and she was wonderful. Once again went above and beyond with her search for a new mortgage for me, even working during the weekend and when she was training new starters! I can't fault her work. Once the mortgage had been found, I was passed onto Chelsea, who just as Olivia had done, was efficient, supportive, informative and answered any questions I had. I was given a time frame to expect to hear from Chelsea regarding progress made with the remortgage, but she kept me up to date as soon as she knew any new movements. The communication was brilliant and I felt that I was being heard and kept in the loop. I'm so happy that I was able to have Olivia deal with the process after the excellent experience last year, and to have then been supported by Chelsea in the same way was reassuring and made the whole process so incredibly easy. 10/10 Reviewed on: 20th February 2025
