Super friendly and helpful

Matt was super helpful guiding us through the process as first time buyers. He was super friendly, attentive, and was always available to answer our questions. The Tembo brokers service is absolutely amazing.

The Tembo brokers service is absolutely amazing. The fact it is provided with your LISA is an incredible. I worked with Andy and Callum. Andy, had the patience of a saint and worked so hard to find me the best deals and Callum sorted my offer with the lender so quickly, I was so impressed. As first time buyers we needed a lot of guidance when it came to the house purchasing process. Matt made everything abundantly clear and helped us feel confident and in control of the process. He was amazingly quick to respond to emails and we could completely rely on him for any help we need. Both my husband and I are extremely grateful for the service we received from Matt at Tembo. Excellent service.

Excellent service. Kim was very tenacious getting our mortgage with a main lender despite our non-standard employments and semi-retirement incomes. Amy was thorough and helpful with getting additional documents and explanations to the underwriters. Fully recommend, particularly if you're not a 'standard full-time employee' case.
