Incredible personalised service

We recently had the pleasure of working with Trembo Money, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Claudia Pilecka and Chelsea Parkins were absolutely outstanding. They were beyond helpful, taking the time to guide us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. No question was too small or too complicated — they answered everything we had thoroughly and clearly, making sure we fully understood our options and felt confident in our decisions. Communication was always prompt, friendly, and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. We had a fantastic experience working with Luke Pryor as our mortgage broker. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but Luke made everything feel simple and straightforward. He communicated clearly at every stage, kept us fully updated, and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. From explaining the home buying process to recommending solicitors, Luke made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. Very supportive FTB experince

We have recently had a mortgage offer having used Tembo as broker through Paul and Tia - whole process was great from start to finish. We are FTBs so knew very little but the whole process was explained so clearly and patiently, there was lots of reassurance and honest advice so we knew exactly where we stood, what our options were, and why the chosen option was best.
