Outstanding support from Matt and Gemma at Tembo

I’ve now worked with Matt and Gemma at Tembo on two remortgages, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. They are genuinely friendly and approachable, while also being extremely knowledgeable. The advice they provided was clear, practical, and tailored specifically to my circumstances, which gave me real confidence in the decisions being made. During the most recent remortgage, we encountered a hurdle with one lender regarding the valuation. Matt and Gemma handled the situation brilliantly — they quickly pivoted, sourced an alternative lender who was able to carry out a physical valuation, and put in the extra work needed to keep the process moving smoothly. Their ability to navigate changes and problem-solve under pressure really stood out. Communication was always quick and responsive — I never had to chase for updates. Everything that needed to be actioned was handled promptly and efficiently, and their diligence meant nothing was overlooked. It’s reassuring to have advisers you can completely trust with such important financial decisions.
