As first time buyers we needed a lot of guidance when it came to the house purchasing process. Matt made everything abundantly clear and helped us feel confident and in control of the process. He was amazingly quick to respond to emails and we could completely rely on him for any help we need. Both my husband and I are extremely grateful for the service we received from Matt at Tembo. We also were passed over to Elly who let us know our mortgage offer was approved and sent us some helpful information about next steps! Excellent service.

Excellent service. Kim was very tenacious getting our mortgage with a main lender despite our non-standard employments and semi-retirement incomes. Amy was thorough and helpful with getting additional documents and explanations to the underwriters. Fully recommend, particularly if you're not a 'standard full-time employee' case.
