Amazing service throughout the whole process!

From the first point of communication, I have been provided with excellent customer service from the employees at Tembo. I would especially like to thank both Ashley & Tia for all their help. As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive about the whole process, but with the help from Tembo, the process has gone smoothly and my advisor was available to help with any queries I had during the process. Professional, Supportive and Highly Recommended

We had an excellent experience with Tembo from start to finish. The whole process felt smooth, well-managed and far less stressful than we expected. A huge thank you to Lucy, Chelsea and Brad, who were all fantastic throughout. Lucy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain our options, making sure we felt confident in every decision. Chelsea kept everything moving behind the scenes and was always quick to respond to any questions, no matter how small. Brad was also brilliant — professional, proactive and genuinely supportive at every stage. Communication was consistent and clear, and we always felt like a priority. The team worked incredibly hard to secure our mortgage offer and made what can be a daunting process feel straightforward and manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tembo to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor — especially if you’re a first-time buyer or need a bit of extra guidance. Super friendly and helpful

Matt was super helpful guiding us through the process as first time buyers. He was super friendly, attentive, and was always available to answer our questions. After Matt guided us through to submitting our mortgage application, Elly kept us informed of the status of our application and was very friendly. The Tembo brokers service is absolutely amazing.

The Tembo brokers service is absolutely amazing. The fact it is provided with your LISA is an incredible. I worked with Andy and Callum. Andy, had the patience of a saint and worked so hard to find me the best deals and Callum sorted my offer with the lender so quickly, I was so impressed.
