A really clever concept....

Fantastic start up

Came across Tembo in a startup article, and thought what they are doing was really intersting. Being a first time buyer in this market is just impossible. Randomly my friend has actually just started having talks with them about her mortgage, so excited to see how that ends up going! Need to get my dad on board before I can follow suit! Releasing money for a mortgage

After looking at equity release as an option to help my daughter get on the property ladder, I was relieved to speak to Tembo and discover another option (something my own broker never mentioned to me as an alternative to ER). With a retirement interest only mortgage I was able to unlock £60k to help Emily buy. I had never heard of this product before, and am grateful to Tembo for giving me a clear lay of the land so I could make an informed choice.
