Having Tembo as part of our company benefits was an unexpected bonus, but it turned out to be incredibly valuable. Their level of service and commitment has been outstanding from start to finish. Kim and Amy supported my partner and me every step of the way. Given my adverse credit history, I initially thought securing a mortgage would be very difficult, but Kim took the time to walk us through our options and ultimately found a lender offering competitive rates. The whole process was handled efficiently and completed within just a few weeks, which exceeded our expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for their support, expertise, and reassurance throughout. We had a fantastic experience with Tembo mortgage brokers. Callum and Rhys were both excellent throughout the process—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Their efficiency really stood out, especially during what turned into a stressful situation for us. We unfortunately had to pull out of our first purchase due to significant issues with the property, but when we found a new home, Callum and Rhys were quick to get everything back on track. Excellent, Responsive Service from Start to Finish

I had a very positive experience working with my broker, Kane, with Callum as our case manager. Both were excellent throughout the entire process. They were consistently responsive, often replying very quickly to any questions I had, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Communication was always clear and straightforward, and they were proactive in keeping everything moving forward. Kane was great at guiding us through the key decisions, while Callum ensured everything behind the scenes was handled smoothly and efficiently. I always felt well-informed and confident that things were progressing as they should. Easy to use, and made the process of getting a mortgage and buying a house in general a lot less daunting. Service was free because I already had an ISA with them, and their free service extends to more than just mortgage brokering. Reviewed on: 12th April 2026
