Excellent Service

Our remortgage experience with Tembo was quick and straightforward, far better than our previous experiences with other providers. We highly recommend Tembo and intend to use their services again when our fixed deal ends. Callum and Kane were both very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was awesome, I wouldn't have been able to afford...

It was awesome, I wouldn't have been able to afford the property I purchased. But my Tembo agent found me a deal at least 1.5 x more than the big names. Even on his day off and personal time, he responded to my queries. He went above and beyond, I am not saying this to get any reward. I really don't like feedback etc. But I had to say my piece. 10/10 Service

The experience we have with the company has been nothing but amazing from the start. From the introduction phone call with Richard, Claudia as our Mortgage advisor and Tia (Christina) who worked alongside Claudia. The experience we have had with them has been amazing and we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. As first time buyers the thought of getting a mortgage was daunting, but with tembo it has made the experience so much easier and hassle free and been the easiest part in the process so far. Claudia and Tia have been so supportive, made us feel so comfortable and had amazing communication with us throughout keeping us updated with the process at each stage. I cannot express how grateful we are to Claudia and Tia for their help in securing a mortgage, and I will be recommending Tembo to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you so much!
