Friendly professional service

i had the pleasure of dealing with Geraldine she talked me through the whole process she has responded to questions promptly and given me honest advice i had to go through the process a couple of times due to issues with the property i had chosen but every step of the way Geraldine has been helpful Also had Abbey as my case manager and has been a great support answering questions and offering me advice on the best options its been a pleasure dealing with them and Tembo very professional and with great customer service Reviewed on: 9th May 2024

Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

From the moment I met Ruth I knew I would be in safe hands! As someone who knew nothing about mortgages or buying a property, the whole ordeal seemed very daunting however when I met Ruth at the Tembo stand at the London Home Show, she instantly put my mind at ease, answered all my silly questions and broke everything down for me so I could understand exactly what was going on. She responded to my e-mails promptly and never made me feel like I was asking for too much of her time when I asked for last minute calls or advice. I honestly could not have asked for a better mortgage adviser in Ruth. She was a beacon of knowledge, support and laughter throughout the whole thing and made the start of my house buying journey as stress free as possible. Great Service

Helena, Abbey, Lauren and Georgina have all been very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We encountered a small error in the application but this was sorted promptly once identified. We were given regular updates throughout the process and the team were always thorough and clear when explaining the process. We are very pleased to have received a mortgage offer that works perfectly for our situation and very grateful for the team at Tembo for their assistance in facilitating this! Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. 1st class service from start to end

I cannot overate the superb service received from the employees at Tembo that I dealt with. They are knowledgeable about the products on offer and exceedingly efficient in processing applications. As first time buyers I can't fault Tembo.

As first time buyers I can't fault Tembo. Myself and partner both had LISA's with Nude, who were recently acquired by Tembo. From start to finish the service in getting a mortgage offer has been supportive, highly communicative and smooth sailing. Jack & Rebecca were timely and always generous with time and patience whilst we asked a long list of questions as we learn't more about the home buying process. Jack even offered to take a look through property listing for us to help identify any risk areas we may not have spotted ourself such as lease lengths etc. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Amazing Staff and Support

Two unexperienced first time buyers lost in the sea of confusion rescued by Dom and Chelsea! They found us the best mortgage, the best rate and they were with us every step of the way, offering support and guidance- even on other house buying related issues.
