I will not go elsewhere

Fantastic, professional and efficient

Arun Guhman and Emma Furmston from Tembo handled my mortgage application efficiently and professionally. Arun went above and beyond what I would have expected, working late into the evening ensuring my mortgage application was placed before the impending interest rate rise that was scheduled to happen at midnight. Both were very quick responding to my questions and ensured I was kept up to date with the application process. The whole experience with Tembo made the mortgage process so easy and smooth, my broker was friendly and informative- so was everyone I spoke to throughout the process. I felt in safe hands and their online system also made everything so clear and easy, e.g. by being able to compare different mortgage products, terms and payback timescales using their online system. Buying a house is an incredibly stressful process- but I can safely say the mortgage application part was not at all stressful thanks to Tembo- I couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10. Bethany and Callum were tireless!

Bethany was incredible from the beginning and very patient throughout the whole process. Always very kind and helpful with my multiple requests that lasted 2 months to finally get to a conclusion.
