Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Friendly and informative with best interests in mind

We found Tembo through my employer benefits and as first-time buyers we were really unsure on how to even apply for a mortgage let alone the need for surveying and conveyancing! Ben was our advisor and was so helpful from the start and genuinely had our best interests in mind - he guided us through the application process document by document rate by rate and made the process so exciting for us. Really responsive team and with our case manager Amy we were receiving frequent updates about how our application was progressing. Would and will recommend this service to anyone! Adding friendliness to financials

Let’s start with the products. Tembo offer incredibly competitive savings accounts and offer a modern phone app in order to manage everything; the perk of the bonus lottery for referrals is a fun way of sharing the message. Then, Tembo offer a simple way of tracking your mortgage, and they waive fees for remortgaging if you have a savings account with them; it’s truly a no brainer. Now, let’s move on to the people. I would not have expected financial experts to be so friendly and so communicative from the get go, Jessica Eley and Elly Bradshaw have made us feel like VIPs, have explained everything so clearly and really made the process of remortgaging friendly and stress-free.
