Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Our mortgage broker, Saul, was extremely helpful.

Our mortgage broker, Saul, was extremely helpful. My partner and I are first-time buyers, so we had a lot of questions and some needed quick responses. Saul was always fast to respond and insightful. The resources, like being able to generate a report on a viewed property to pool data on the property that would otherwise be an inconvenience to find, were very helpful too. If I could give Tembo a million stars I would.

If I could give Tembo a million stars I would. I was so scared to go on a mortgage journey and the team made it an absolute breeze. Rhys and Callum were both so knowledgeable and thanks to their expertise, I now have my own house! Every step of the way I felt supported, and I’m still certain that if I had any random queries I could contact the team and they would still be happy to help me. Every single person I have spoke with from Tembo has been wonderful, the customer service is fantastic, I never found myself unable to get in touch with anyone, the help was always there when I needed it. I cannot recommend Tembo enough, it was an absolute dream come true getting my mortgage, people often say it’s so stressful, but my entire process was so smooth due to the team. I didn’t need to chase things, things were explained properly, I haven’t got a bad word to say. If you choose a different broker, you are absolutely missing out. Great service from Matt and Gemma.

Great service from Matt and Gemma. Matt reached out to me following a speculative re-mortgage enquiry I made on Tembo's website. I felt confident straight away from that conversation tnat he could help get the right deal for me. I was already a savings customer so the broking service was free. He found me a great deal based on what I'd explained I'd needed and actioned everything needed on my behalf quickly and efficiently resulting in a formal mortgage offer in only a couple of days.
