Tembo have been amazing for us. The app is really easy to use and makes saving feel so much less stressful. Everything is explained clearly without loads of confusing jargon, which we really appreciated. The support team have been great too — super friendly and quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions. It honestly feels like they actually care about helping you get where you want to be. I can honestly say this is the only firm that made me feel they were providing a professional service rather than doing me a favour—which was my experience with other brokers, including the “highly recommended” ones suggested by my builder. Remortgage Decisions Made Easy

I contacted Tembo to remortgage ahead of my fixed rate ending in June and the whole process was very smooth and painless. Olivia Blackburn and Amy Carter were my mortgage adviser and case manager, and they very quickly booked in a call so we could discuss options and helped find us a great deal, with follow-up support available until the date we actually switch deals. I organised my Buy to let mortgage this year through Tembo. They were fantastic and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to offer good advice for questions I asked snd I’ve got a very good deal. A bonus was because I have a savings account with them there was no arrangement fee. Tembo are the best !

Tembo kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Any small item was always logged and always replied to any queries quickly. first time buyer experience

I was a first time buyer and first came across Tembo 12 months ago. I had no idea about the house buying process but Ruth and Tia at Tembo have excellent communication every step of the way. They were upfront about fees, and I also used Tembo’s recommendations for a solicitor and for life insurance as their quotes came out best. They were also brilliant recommendations too.
