Exceptional service from Elly and Jess from Tembo

I had an excellent experience working with Elly and Jess as my mortgage brokers. They were fantastic from start to finish — proactive, fast, and incredibly easy to work with. When the original mortgage provider unexpectedly changed their terms late in the process, Elly and Jess immediately stepped in, found an alternative lender, and even secured a deal better than the original one. Their knowledge and professionalism really shone through during what could have been a stressful moment. Both were helpful, informative, and always quick to respond. They made the entire process smooth and straightforward, and I felt completely supported throughout. I’d highly recommend Elly and Jess to anyone looking for expert, reliable mortgage advice. Excellent support from Tembo for 1st time buyers. I cannot rate tembo enough they were supportive throughout our mortgage application journey open to any questions, and made the process as painless as possible. First Mortgage and Re-Mortgage, Great Both Times!

Tembo were our broker of choice and we had an amazing kick off and an opportunity to ask lots of questions. They have some tools when house searching which we liked too. We then used Tembo again for remortgaging and this was amazing value for money! We worked with Geraldine and Abbey to get things moving quickly. Free friendly mortgage advice with tembo LISA

My mortgage advisor Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always responded very quickly to any query and helped us secure a good mortgage rate with a mortgage provider who manually underwrites based on our financial situation.
