Fantastic Mortgage Broker

My experience is reflective of Tembo Mortgages only. My experience with Tembo Savings has been terrible, but will not form part of this review which will only focus on the mortgage part which I consider separate. I'm a first-time buyer. My mortgage broker, Matthew Thomas was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was able to pivot the application process to tailor my exact needs and we were able to smoothly navigate any challenges that appeared along the way. My case manager, Elly Bradshaw, was professional, responsive, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The whole process was very quick and seamless. I highly recommend

I had the most positive experience using Tembo to help find my mortgage. The process was made really simple and Luke was able to source a much better deal than I had been able to find on my own using search engines. The aftercare from Gemma was excellent and she kept me update throughout. I will not hesitate to use Tembo again in the future and will happily be recommending them to my friends and family.
