Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish- communication has been fantastic throughout the mortgage process from both Kane and Callum- both have worked extremely hard to get everything done and managed for my mortgage even on the tight timescale I provided due to buying via auction. Every query and question I’ve had they have answered in a speedy manner offering guidance and reassurance at every turn. First Time House Purchase.

The service we have had from Tembo from the very beginning of the process has been first class. It's our first time purchasing a property and without the help from both Jennifer and Emma we truly don't believe we would have made the leap to getting on the property ladder. They are extremely patient, informative and most importantly customer focused! They have answered every question we've thrown their way with no hesitation nor delay - If and when we go through this process again in the (hopefully distant) future then we will look no further than the company that has made everything seamless.
