Finding an interest only mortfage

T needed a short term interest only mortgage (5yrs). At 80 I expected this to be a big ask. The initial contact was with Jack Dolphin who quickly understood my requirements and within a few days came up with the perfect mortfgage which met all me requirements and at a great interest rate. The following communication with the mortgage company was made easier with the help of Emma Furmston who kept me fully informed at all stages. Great support for older people wanting a mortgage

We are older people and were not sure that we would be able to get a mortgage. However all the staff who supported us were kind, helpful and understanding. As a result they were able to get us a mortgage which suited our needs. They kept in touch with us throughout the process and nothing was too much bother for them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026

We had very good experience with Tembo.

We had very good experience with Tembo. Luke being our mortgage broker was absolute star from start to finish! Communication is the key and he’s superb at that! I’ve been sending him property after property to check and he was always quick to answer! After submitting our application, Gemma, case manager took over. Again - she promised to keep us updated every 3 days, unless needed otherwise and she kept that promise! When u awaiting for mortgage offer, it can be nerve wracking so contact with brokers is essential! There is nothing worse to go through this kind stress without proper support!
