Unbeatable Service for a first time buyer

everything about the experience with Tembo was excellent. as a first time buyer i was anxious, pretty clueless and had information being fired at me from all manner of people and all directions. Tembo took the stress out of the purchasing process. i never felt like anything was an issue. they advised me when others didnt. walked me through the entire process and helped with the property searching. i was really grateful to all of the staff i dealt with and got a rate i was happy with and with my preferred provider. no pressure at all and felt like it was a relationship that went above and beyond what you'd expect from any financial institution. Lisa failed

I switched my Lisa to Tembo, but when I went to withdraw it for my purchase it got rejected. This was due to a failure to make HMRC aware that my account had been open for more than a year. This lead to a very stressful day and a fine when purchasing the house for paying late. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
