Ashley was brilliant from start to finish! Always happy to help & went above & beyond! He helped achieve my dreams of owning my own home, when numerous mortgage advisors hadnt! Greatest mortgage company!

I had the best experience using Tembo Luke and Gemma who managed my application were amazing informative quick answered all questions but what made this company great was I never realised I could get a mortgage but they made it happen and gave the best results .. Reassured From the First Phone Call

Having being let down by another mortgage broker I found Tembo online through SAGA and saw they specialised in financial products for over 50s. I contacted them and felt reassured that I have made a good decision. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Would always reccomend!

I went used TEMBO as part of my mortgage application. Their customer service skills were excellent, always made arrangements that were suitable to me and went through every step carefully and clearly, which helped me understand to the best of my ability. The broker was offered free to me as I was a loyal customer who had 2 open ISA accounts with them, which made it extremely helpful when looking for advice regarding my mortgage. When my mortgage was completed, they offered me an extra bonus which was a wonderful gift to receive as a congratulations, but also as a helping hand to start the furniture shopping. I truly believe TEMBO managed to help me achieve my mortgage at a competitive rate with me being a teacher. I couldn’t be more grateful for their excellent service! Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
