Excellent customer service by phone with knowledgeable and polite staff.Their web site is so easy to use and have never had a problem.This really is one bank I'd recommend to friends and family

I changed bank after having banked with RBS for 35 years,I became more and more frustrated by fewer staff and continual harassment trying to force products and services on me.After careful research I chose Tesco Bank and it's honestly the best thing I have ever done Reviewed on: 1st June 2016

Easy operated bank account

Tesco Bank provides easy operated account service through the mobile message communication. It is straight forward to access the online banking functions. No problems but lots of bonuses

This has been a reliable account for me and i have through being a Tesco customer collected a significant amount of club card points which with the various promotions means i can quadruple the value of these in redeeming them.While its customer service has gone down hill recently it does give a decent level of interest.
