Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Great exchange rates and a good reliable service

We’ve used The Currency Club a few times now. When comparing rates they’re always one of the best, offer free delivery and if you pay by bank transfer there is no fee. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2019

Easy to use

Very easy to use and set up online. Rates are good even compared to Transferwise and that is direct transfer to a bank account. The money has always arrived as and when they say. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2019

Great way to get currency

So straight forward to set up an account and order currency. The exchange rates were so much better than you high street offerings.
