Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Excellent service

The Currency Club makes ordering foreign currency extremely easy and they deliver on what they advertise. I ordered my currency online 4 days before I was due to go on holiday and it arrived with a day to spare. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using them for my future foreign currency needs.
