Disgrace of a business.

Disgrace of a business. Shocking customer care. Failed to deliver my Euros next day. Contact number on website is all pre-recorded drivel pushing you to email them. I still haven’t had a response to my escalation email as instructed by the pre-record guidance. Only email I’ve had from this sham of a business is a thank you for choosing them and a request to leave a review. Painful experience - zero empathy from the gentleman I did speak to eventually. Was told to read their T’s and C’s. No accountability. Brutal business. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024

Best cash rates available and very quick, safe delivery!

I was annoyed at myself for not knowing about SterlingFX sooner to be honest. I found them as I'm no longer able to order online for Euros in UK supermarkets recently. I'm now a convert! Excellent cash rates, small denominations as requested (though not always guaranteed apparently), and delivered free. Very small charge for using a card rather than bank transfer but I wanted the cash quickly. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Foreign currency

Currency Club is first rate

Currency Club has a website that is very easy to use, exchange rates that are amongst the best available, and delivery is straight to one's door. I used to consider a local ATM was the best source of currency but the cost of using them, the risk of card fraud, and the limits on the amount that can be withdrawn leads me to believe Currency Club is the better option.
