Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Easy to use and great rates

Good to deal with

I created an account but online my order wasn't processed. However, I raised this with TCC and it transpired that this was an Experian issue. The TCC handled the matter promptly and professionally and my account was set up and currency ordered. Once this 'issue' was resolved the transaction was very quick and efficient. Bought Indian Rupees

Ordered and bought Indian rupees that used to e a closed currency delivery requested for Monday as not ordered until Thursday night, they arrived saturday. Will def use them again Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018

Almost perfect as

Did what it said on the tin!

Easy to use online experience and cash arrived exactly as projected. Emails from the company kept me informed of progress. Only minor quibble was lack of variation of note values despite a request for mixed values. Reviewed on: 10th January 2018
